An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bbjili reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

bbjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bbjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
